Age and diabetes do not always prevent successful dental implant treatment when proper planning and careful medical management are followed. This 65-year-old diabetic patient presented with multiple missing teeth and difficulty chewing.

Six dental implants were placed in the lower jaw to support a fixed full-arch prosthesis. After successful healing and integration, a natural-looking implant-supported bridge was delivered, restoring both function and appearance.
